What we collect
Contact details, driver licence and identity verification results, insurance information, rental history, condition and inspection records, and payment references.
How documents are stored
Identity and insurance documents are kept in private storage, separate from public fleet photos, and are reachable only through short-lived, access-checked links. They are never emailed as ordinary attachments.
Card details
Card numbers and security codes are never stored by this site. Card collection is handled by the payment provider, and we keep only provider references.
Who can see your records
Customers can access only their own records. Staff access is limited by role, and sensitive actions are recorded in an access-controlled audit history.
Retention
Retention periods, backup schedules, and deletion requests are configured by the owners before launch and published here once approved.
