Review your itemized quote
Daily rate, 10% sales tax, mileage package, and any delivery or driver fees are broken out before you commit.
Enter your information
Your application is saved as you go so you can come back to it.
Complete verification
Driver verification and insurance review are required for everyone.
Review the terms
You see the applicable rental terms before paying anything.
Pay the $100 booking payment
Credited toward your rental total exactly once.
Get an accurate status
Pending, paid, or confirmed — we tell you which one you have.
Pickup stage
Identity check
We compare your physical license with your verified record.
Coverage review
Your own auto insurance is required, and we recheck the policy against your rental dates.
Payment and security arrangement
Balance due, plus a separate authorization on your card.
Walkaround
Odometer, fuel level, photos, and any existing damage are recorded.
Agreement and signature
The rental agreement is generated from your actual booking.

Booking payment vs. security authorization
The $100 paid online is a booking payment credited toward your rental. The security arrangement at pickup is a separate authorization on your card. They are not the same thing, and we never describe both as a "deposit".
